Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Tanzo platform (including our website, design studio, and ordering system), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who places an order through our platform.

All products listed on our platform are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice.
Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it enters production. Custom-printed or personalized items cannot be cancelled or modified after production has begun.
Order confirmation emails are sent automatically. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our support team.

To place an order, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and place orders. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@tanzo.in if you suspect unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

All content on the Tanzo platform — including logos, design templates, graphics, and text — is the intellectual property of Tanzo and is protected under applicable copyright laws.
When you upload artwork, images, or designs for customization, you confirm that you own the rights to that content or have obtained the necessary permissions to use it.
You must not upload content that is offensive, defamatory, illegal, or infringes on the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to reject or remove any such content.
Tanzo shall not be held liable for any claims arising from user-uploaded content including but not limited to copyright infringement.

Tanzo provides all services on an "as-is" basis. We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of our platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Perundurai, Tamil Nadu.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
