Important — Please Read First
We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. All our products are custom-printed and made-to-order specifically for you. The only exception is a free replacement for products that arrive physically damaged or with a verified manufacturing defect.
No Refund Policy
- We do not provide cash refunds or credit back to your payment method for any reason.
- All products are custom-made to your design or specifications. Once an order enters production, it cannot be cancelled.
- Refunds are not available for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or design errors made by the customer.
- Refunds are not issued for delays caused by courier or logistics partners.
- If you input incorrect delivery address details, we are not responsible for non-delivery and no refund will be issued.
Replacement for Damaged Products
We stand behind the quality of every product we ship. If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will send you a free replacement at no extra cost.
- The product must have arrived physically damaged (broken, torn, cracked) due to manufacturing or shipping handling.
- The print quality must be significantly different from what was shown at the time of order (wrong color, blurry print, missing design elements).
- The item must be clearly defective — not the result of normal wear and tear after delivery.
How to Request a Replacement

Take clear photos immediately
As soon as you receive the damaged product, photograph the item clearly showing the damage, the packaging, and the shipping label.

Contact us within 48 hours
Email contact@tanzo.in with your order number, a description of the issue, and the photos. Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

We review your request
Our team will review the photos and order details within 2 business days. We may ask for additional images if needed.

Replacement dispatched
Once approved, your replacement order will be produced and dispatched within 5–7 business days. You will receive tracking details via email.
Not Eligible for Replacement
- Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care.
- Minor colour variations due to screen display differences (monitor calibration) — these are not considered defects.
- Spelling mistakes or design errors that were submitted by the customer in the order.
- Requests raised more than 48 hours after the confirmed delivery date.
- Products without photo evidence of the damage.
